Located between the I-15 and the I-S Mostly agriculture, our farmers grow pistachios, Pomegranate, Alfalfa and I have seen a couple of farmers growing grapes. There is also some livestock. Preppers welcome. There is sun, wind and water. Hike in the mountains surrounding our valley and ride horses, dirt bikes and ATV's. Black Butte resides on the southern end of the property and borders additional 80 acres of government land. T Quiet living and watching the desert wildlife. At night relax as you sit around a fire and look up at the stars.
