Soon to be designated an Historic Landmark of Indian Wells, this little enclave is very special, and this unit is particularly so. The Sandpiper development company built a fair number of condominiums in both Palm Desert and Indian Wells back in the day i.e. Mid-Century. Inside Indian Well Country Club there are eleven so called pods with units surrounding a green space & pool. Nine of them have eight buildings with two units each thus 16 in total.
