I'm fantastic! I can't wait to meet you! My owners re-imagined me about 20 years ago & as far as I know they pretty much rebuilt me!. They have doted on me, every square inch of my 2,040 SF. I am always dancing to the trickle of the brook I overlook & my deer friends keep me company on the 5,599 SF lot I occupy. People call me welcoming because of my open floor plan. There's a clever pull down ladder in the primary bedroom where my owners installed cozy recycled jeans to keep us cool & cozy. There are so many ways I can be enjoyed, I have to be seen in person! While you're here head ½ a block away to the restaurants, cafés & grocery stores that surround me. BART is less than a mile away on the Ohlone Greenway.
